Conditions For Cancellation

    • Cancellations on order placed are allowed only before order is shipped from Woodsleaf's warehouse, we will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 10% on the paid value for the transaction. For more details please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
    • No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped from Woodsleaf's warehouse. In case of any exception, at the sole discretion of Woodsleaf, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. For more details please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
    • No cancellations on customised orders and products purchased in any sale or using discount codes.
    • In some circumstances product can get delayed by 180 days, no refund will be issued in this time period.
    • In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders that contain products from all categories; the advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges. For more details please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
    • Returns will be accepted only for Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
    • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery with a proof i.e. with images or videos. For more details please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
    • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
    • Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
    • Any products damaged post-delivery to the customer, shall not be accepted for return. If in any case it accepted (depends on the team WOODSLEAF), then he/she will have to bear cancellation charges of 10% and transportation charges for both sides.

 

Conditions for return:

Items can only be returned in case, it has been delivered in damaged condition or there is some issue with the finishing of the product.

**Please note:
1.We do not allow returns on the products sold in sale or discount. Only regular price items will be eligible for returns until and unless they're unused and have not been removed from its original packaging. 
2. We provide replacements but no refund is allowed in case of in transit damage.

Woodsleaf have all rights to reject returns for any order.

All our products are insured by the insurers from our end while they are in transit. In case of any damage it is a request from team Woodsleaf to share images and videos of the product/products with us on our email or on WhatsApp numbers within 24 - 48 hrs of delivery. So that we can start the process with insurers. Any request of replacement or return after 48 Hrs can be rejected by Woodsleaf's team. If in any case return is accepted in such cases customer has to bear transportation charges of both sides i.e. reverse pickup and replacement.


Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incomplete Products
  • Incorrect Product

Process for initiating return:

If you're a guest user or a registered user, then please write a email about the item you want to return.

Woodsleaf will pick up product that you wish to return from your door step; However locations where we do not have reverse pickup facility, We may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose/destroy them.

**Please note:

  1. Customised items cannot be returned.
  2. Reverse pickup request will be sent to our shipping partners with in 24 Hrs after we receive it from your end.
  3. Reverse pickup of any product from customers house might take 7-10 working days.

 

Conditions for Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days* of receipt of the product by Woodsleaf, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-

  • Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card
  • Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account
  • Orders paid for through Woodsleaf Gift Certificates/ Vouchers will be refunded in form of a fresh Gift Certificate/ Voucher of the same value
  • Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as given in "billing name" at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer's bank account

* Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by Woodsleaf, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.

If your return request is accepted, Return will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways, Usually takes 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

In case, You have used your wallet credits to make purchase, then your used wallet credits will be reimbursed to your wallet.

Certain instances in which returns cannot be accepted

  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • The product being incidentally damaged due to non-reporting of an instance of the previous malfunctioning
  • Any sort of damage or defect which is not warranted by the manufacturer
  • Any product which is not returned with all the original packaging and all the accessories inclusive of box & packaging from manufacturer’s side, if any, and each and every item originally included with the product(s) delivered.
